1 Overview
Thank you for shopping with National Pickleball. We are committed to getting your gear to you quickly and safely so you can get back on the court. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.
2 Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Processing Times
- In-stock items: 1–2 business days
- Pre-order or backordered items: as noted on the product page
- Personalised or custom items: 3–5 additional business days
📦 You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, and a second email with your tracking information once your order has shipped.

4 Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all US orders totalling $75.00 or more (after discounts, before taxes). Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your order qualifies.
